When using FTP, the files (in any specific format such as XML, CSV, Delimited, Custom) are sent to a FTP Server, in a specific folder, with a file name structured as defined by yourselves. In order to do this we require shared FTP account details, or alternatively the FTP account details can be on a client by client basis.

There is also support for batch posting where all the vacancies are kept together and sent in a single file at a schedule you specify.
